A NICE FLAT IN MILAN

If you intend to stay in Milan for a short period of time, for any number of reasons, either to visit the town, or to work, or to be able to meet relatives and friends, you have two alternatives, i. e. either you choose hotel accomodations, the price of which is not insignificant, or you have to live in a so-called "residence house", that seldomly accepts accomodation for a period of time of less than one month, and furthermore is difficult to find.

I offer you the opportunity to use a nice apartment, the surface of which is 90 square-meters, in a residential area of Milan, surrounded by family gardens and trees, with many services and conveniently located to city transportation.

This area, being located near Tangenziale Est (exit CAMM or exit FORLANINI), a few kilometers away both from the Milan Duomo and from the Linate Airport, enables you to reach, even on foot, the Forlanini Park, which is the biggest park in Milan, and the Monlué Park.

The apartment consists of a living-room and two room with two single beds. The kitchen is eat-in, and the bathroom has a comfortable shower-bath.

It is located on the bright fifth floor of the Forlanini neighbourhood, which is an area of trees and gardens that is quite peaceful. Near the entrance of the building there is a bus stop, the bus to the centre of Milan, i.e. down-town, only 3 kilometers away. In the same group of buildings there are small food stores, and a big supermarket is not far. It is perfectly covered by gsm TIM, WIND and OMNITEL cellular networks.

 The apartment is perfectly equipped to accommodate 4 or 5 people. 

The prices and the mode of payment have been structured for a person who intends to stay in Milan with his family, or for work, even for a short period of time.
