From april 1996 to september 1998: ANDERSEN CONSULTING in Milan: senior consultant from march 1998 in the Retail and Consumer Products industries. Jobs:

From september 1998: in the Strategic Change Management department of a big consulting firm, with the purpose to launch in Italy a new framework ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) named "Miracle V" (www.lynx.ch). It has been developed integrated to the workflow logics and with object oriented programming languages. The term "framework" is referred to the easy interfacing capacity with other external systems. In this way it is possible to release a package much more adequate to the customer necessities. This possibility isn't still available or used in the traditional information systems that are generally customised via predefined parameters. Jobs:
