Subscription must include:
full name
age
tournement (DBM or DBR)
size for the T-shirt whith logo
These subscriptions will be accepted in chronological order,
but still allowing a minimum number of subscriptions per
country.
The maximum intially number of subscribers per country will
not be more than 70 and not more than 40 for Italy. All extra
subscription requests will be held in a waiting list.
Once a subscription request is received and accepted the
subscriber will be informed and he/she can then proceed to
effect payment. From 01/11/2003 we will start accepting
subscription requests from players in the waiting list and
players from non IWF countries, until all the positions are
filled.
The subscription cost is 35 euros for senior players and 17 euros
junior players (U18). The subscription will be validated once
the organisation will have received the minimum quota of
subscriptions required to fullfill the tournament requirements.
Once validated the subscribers will be informed.
The subscription to the tournament gives the right to the
subscriber to participate in the tournament, covers insurance
for damages to people and goods, includes also an IWF
T-shirt and other IWF gadgets "Roma 2004" logo.
