Progressive Suspension fork springs

Anyway, the Progressive springs. I've had them about two years, and with 12.5w oil in the forks, they make a BIG difference. Not soft at all, and I wouldn't recommend them for serious off-road usage. On road, though, it turns the 'Alp into a CBR600F3!! I have the utmost in confidence. I will go to a 'softer' oil, like 10w or 7.5w. A little to stiff, for practical purposes. Still can't do a 'stoppie'.
Hope this helps...

Fork springs, slightly harder and with better progression. Gives a better roadholding
in long fast bends. I'm using these ones.
They are for DEM 159.- (US$ 94.-).

Don't know anything about it, but as it seems from the picture I saw, it's a very simple shock with only spring preload adjustion.

I don't know too much about the Oehlins, but I guess it's spring preload and hydraulic rebound and compression adjustable and is for roundabout DEM 1,300.- (US$ 815)

Adjustable in hydraulic spring preload and hydraulic rebound (in 22 steps) and
compression (in 22 steps): DEM 1,600.- (US$ 870.-)
As far as I know, there are also simpler shocks (without hydraulic spring preload
adjustment) for less money.
