Why rent an apartment
Renting an apartment in a farm like the one of Gello Mattaccino, means having a vacation in a full uncontaminated environment of natural beauties. Although going in an apartment would come in mind ,for the mother , to do in vacation the job done during the whole year, it discovers that ,in vacation, everything is very more simple and the schedules are less pressing , therefore everything is done in complete relax.
Period and duration
The minimum period of lease is of 1 (one) week and the maximum is 3 (three)
The season is divided in periods of peak, average and low season, with Christmas/New year and Easter that enter in the average season.
Convenient?
The average price of peak season is € 600,00. Is this price reasonable ?
Considering the apartment is for 4/6 persons and everything is included in the price exept food, this certainly is a reasonable price..
Having not paid for meals ,means you have the freedom to do as you please, not tied to a time table.
Many are the restaurants in the area, where you can taste regional and loca foodl, prepared the morning and cooked on the moment; in substitution there are numerous pizzeries.
