	Casa Collotti is an apartment of a larger villa owned by a very nice and young couple very respectful of guest´s privacy. They start to rent this part of the villa just this year as they finished to renew it. The apartment offers good exterior spaces (like this nice patio in the backyard, good for outdoor meals),three balconies, a solarium and an dependent entrance as well. It is located in Mondello, home of the best white beach of Palermo that makes "Palermitani" very proud of it! It will be just a 10 minutes walk away from the promenade and the area is very quiet. You´ll have also an outdoor shower, very useful when you´ll be back from the beach to wash out the sands before getting in the house! The furnishing is simple and efficient and it gives a family feeling. The apartment is on two level. The entrance is through the little garden and then trough some stairs you´ll get the balcony and fron here to the living room. In the living room there is also a nice sofabed that can be used as additional bed for a kid. The ground floor has also a bathroom with a tub and a full kitchen with a small table for breakfast good just for two people. The kitchen has an access to a balcony facing the backyard so you can have your meal outside!!! Through some spiral stairs you´ll reach the upper floor where are located, the double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a single bed with the access to another balcony. At the upper floor there is also the access to a solarium for fancy and natural sun bath! The apartments feature closets and fans to make your stay very comfortable

	Well, first of all you will be in Palermo, capital of Sicily, full of artistic treasure. We suggest a walk in the historical downtown through the several narrow streets full of surprise.A must see excursion would be to visit the village of Monreale (10 kilometers) with its astonishing Cathedral covered with more 36.000 sq.f. of mosaics. If you'd like to enjoy Palermo's beach then walk out from the house and in just 10 minutes you´ll be in Mondello beach (avoid it if you come in August, too crowded. From June 15th to September 15th there´s a ticket to pax for accessing the beach, it costs only few euros). Mondello is also known for the very good restaurants serving seafood and gelaterie to experience the fresh Sicilian ice-cream. A really really good place to go is "Bye Bye Blues" restaurant. There a great wine list is ready to satisfy passionate wine lovers (may we suggest a bottle of Schietto-Chardonnay by Spadafora winery)and the food is exceptional. A must are the home made desserts, maybe sipping the sweet wine from Pantelleria, the passito. A special mention goes to "Billy´s". It is a very good friend from San Francisco that moved back to Sicily and open this kind of Tex-Mex restaurant with an original Italian touch that makes this place unique. Go there and fell being home!!! And the ice cream? Antico Chiosco Bar is the answer.
