As soon as you park the car inside the private parking, through few stairs down you'll find an outdoor patio and the entrance door that leads to the small living area. From here a long aisle leads to the kitchen area and the bedrooms. The kitchen is large enough to eat in it. It is a tiled kitchen and through a door you can have also the access to a very nice equipped backyard with a small table and chairs for you outdoor breakfast. The bedrooms are set along the aisle and so are the bathrooms. There are two double bedrooms (the beds can't be separated) and one with two singles beds furnished more likely a kids room. One of the double bedrooms has A.C. The double bedrooms are very spacious while the single one is just good for kids! The bathrooms are brand new and one features a bathtub while the other a shower. The rent of Casa Marinella is on a weekly basis.

Well, first you will be in Palermo, capital of Sicily, full of artistic treasure. We suggest a walk in the historical downtown through the several narrow streets full of surprise...if you'd like to enjoy Palermo's beach then go to Mondello (avoid it if you come in August, too crowded). A must see excursion would be to visit the village of Monreale (10 kilometers) with its astonishing Cathedral covered with more 36.000 sq.f. of mosaics. |
