	Dammuso Sciuveky is an extraordinary house and we are honored to represent it. Here creativity and elegance are expressed at its best. The interiors are respectuful of the original stucture with great arch-shaped walls and alcovas and they are enriched by a mix of antiques from Tuscany, ethnic furniture from Africa and some old majolicas from the island...very tasteful and stylish. Large windowed walls will give you beautiful views of the sea and the garden. And then the pool on top of the roof it´s just amazing. The villa has all the modern comfort like heating, telephone line, fax machine and a very romantic fireplace! It also features a daily maid service conducted by Rosetta a nice lady that on request can cook for you too! The dammuso spread on one floor, plus there is a small detached one where is hosted a double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower and a private terrace. It is just few step away from the main house. The access to the villa is trough a large terrace with nice niew of the Mediterranean sea and into the living area very elegantly furnished with a fireplace. This room is the one that we like a lot because the large sliding windowed doors give you amazing view of the outdoor and the tropical backyard. From this room through an aisle you´ll reach the first double bedroom with its bathroom and the large kitchen with the dining area and access to the outdoor spaces. At the end of the aisle there the other double bedroom that we can consider a superb suite: very spacious, an access to the outdoor and most of all a big en-suite bathroom with shower that opens on a small private garden!!! As we said the pool is on the roof and it has its covered area with sunbeds and all the necessities. It is not a big one but try to imagine to be there surrounded by the water that flow gently through the vaulted roof of this enchanting house! Please note:Owner has a cat that lives in the house full time. Lucky cat!

	The closest village is Scauri at about 6 kilometers, where you can find grocery, bakery, post office and a pharmacy and believe or not some gift shops!!! Scauri also offer the only movie theater in the island that is managed by the local priests. In the area there is also a very good restaurant called "La Nicchia" where we strongly suggest to try the grilled jumbo shrimp (gamberoni) with the "ambrosia", the nectar of gods, the natural honey from zibibbo grapes...orgasmic!!! The closest beach is "Punta Tre Pietre" at about two kilometers, easy to locate since you can still see the skeleton of an abandoned hotel. Also if you go to "La Vela" restaurant ask about the place to swim, you'll reach an almost secret place!
