	If you're looking for a cool beach house, few steps away from the sea and some ammocks to relax reading a book or sipping some wine, well, don't look no more: this is the place. A gorgeous Mediterranean garden, very nice outdoor furnishing and a great view of African sunset makes Dammuso Suvaky among our favourite ones. Suvarky has some very essential things going for it: the sea (and easy walk down a path to this blue sea that redefines the color), the outdoor areas, the kitchen (there are two) and living room....although the bedrooms are quite comfortable too. It is perfect for the summer, spring and fall, however this rental is also excellent in the winter as it faces Africa, it is the warmest part of the island (a low in the 60's during winter) and electric heating is provided throughout the house. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CHILDREN SAFETY CONCERNS: Many levels and drop-off walls made from lava stone could cause serious injury if a person climbs and falls and the large and exotic garden with some dangerous plants if eaten could cause serious health problems. The house is on two levels, each of which can be accessed via three separate stairways - two outside and one rather original and slightly concerning interior one. The upper floor has two big terraces one with a living corner with lava stone bench and pillows. The entrance is through the living room with natural contemporary woods, satellite television and stereo equipment. Then an hallway leads to two bedrooms (one double and one with two twin beds that can be combined as one double on request) and a bathroom with shower. The double bedroom has the access to the terrace with great view of sunset and from this terrace you can also reach the lower floor. The lower floor is also accesible through the main entrance. Here you'll find a full kitchen separated by a counter from the dining area, double bedroom (door to the kitchen)with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. also the lower part of the house offer great outdoor spaces: outdoor kitchen for summer cooking, a fabulous BBQ with an adjustable Argentinean rack cranked via a FIAT 500 car jack (called a "cric"). There are two outdoor showers for when you return from the sea. Both can be used as change rooms and one (built inside the original circular garden walls) has a WC as well! One enormous terrace with teak tables, loads of seating for coffee, eating meals, talking or simply a lounging in the hammock. This is where most of your time will be spent. For this rental bring some slip on sea shoes. The water is fabulous but the rocks are omnipresent. This is a volcanic island. Includes all costs and 2 hours of maid service every day. Washing machine.
