Automatic Plant for production
of concrete slabs

The INCA S.a.s is a factory that from about 35 years produce concrete manufact, it is situated in Italy, near Treviso and Venice.
We are selling an automatic plant, because it is unused, for the production of concrete slabs.

This plant is fully functional,and fully automatized.
The average production is about 550 square meter per eight hours of work.

The plant is branded "HENKE" (now knowed as "MASA HENKE"), a Dutch factory, knowed for its experience of build quality machinery and plant for the production of concrete slabs.
The plant is provided with a fully PLC controlled movement of the pallets, all the motors are interfaced with an inverter, so you can regulate the starting speed, the maximum speed of the motor and the ending speed. This provide that the pallets never fall or become stuck somewhere.

As you can see in the photo, the plant is provided with a new hydraulic pump that allow to press the concrete slab with a pressure of about 400 bar (1 bar=100 KPascal)

Last, but not least, as you can see in the photo A & B, this plant can build various kind of concrete slabs.
Principally, one kind is done only with concrete (and oxide color if you want, B photo), the other is done with concrete and gravel, or concrete and breaked marble.
This secon kind of production is very requested and give a great look to all the garden and terrace (those are only two of hundred applications...)

The advantage of this plant respect other kind of plants is that the slabs are washed immediatly when they were extracted from the machine, so you don't need to wash them later.
The washing plant can be abled or disabled by simple turn on and off a trigger.
For example, if you do the slabs with only concrete (the B kind), you don't need to wash them, so the washing plant can be stopped.
