Real-time graphics

Here you will find some simple real-time graphics programs.
You need Windows 95/98/Me/2000/XP to run them.
Two different types of program:



screen-savers

Please follow these instructions:
Download the files and unzip them in the WINDOWS folder (WINNT on Windows 2000/XP), then simply select the screensavers as usual.
These samples require DirectX 6.1 or later. To find out which DirectX version you have on your system, download and run this program. The latest DirectX can be downloaded from Microsoft.

3D virtual scenes

These programs let you explore a scene in an interactive way.

Instructions:
Download the files and unzip them on your hard-disk. Go to the main folder of the program, and run Settings.exe, set the parameters e push the "run program" button.
These samples require DirectX 8.0 or later. To find out which DirectX version you have on your system, download and run this program. The latest DirectX can be downloaded from Microsoft.

a simple chapel.


church (2,9 MB)

a complete church, with realistic shadows. Press 0, 1, 2, 3 keys for default positions.


tomb (1,2 MB)

a (kind of) ancient tomb.


sitting-room (1,25 MB)

a sitting and dining room.


suburb by night (2,0 MB)
