My name is Patrizia Larese. I have the degree of Mathematics and I work in a computer company as a telecommunication project manager.
I am a tour leader since 1981 and I have lead Italian groups around the world.
The trips have given me the opportunity to visit other countries and to meet new people with different cultures. I started to take pictures and I discovered a passion for the photography. I also wrote articles and a few magazines have published them along with my pictures.
Four years ago I learnt about multi-image and I decided to buy the technical tools and I prepared shows about my travels with my pictures. I presented these shows in local entertainment centres in Rome and during a few presentations in other cities in Italy to publicize travel agencies.
I normally choose the music, mix the soundtrack with Cool Edit and create special effects with the PC with Corel Draw, Photo Shop, Paint Shop Pro etc. I have also utilized the Polaroid Palette to convert images from files into slides.
During the last years I passed my summer holidays as photographer in a sailing boat to study dolphins and whales for environmental associations involved in the research of cetaceans in the Mediterranean sea.
Hobbies: reading, music, movies, jogging, gymnastic, sailing, swimming, tennis, ski.
I'm working as a webmaster of the Italia Nostra association.
