The working principle, adopted for all a our beach-cleaning machines, is the so called "swing sieve system",
which is considered the most effective,
the quickest and the most efficient one
for a complete sieving of the sand, which, after the filtering and cleaning,
falls on the beach, whereas all the waste materials are moved.

"Walk behind BeachCleaner"	CAVALLUCCIO Designed for the effective cleaning of sandy surfaces of public and private beaches, CAVALLUCCIO is driven by an air-cooled gasoline engine, 4 strokes, 6.5 HP; it disposes of two speeds forward + reverse motion as well as of a differential unit on 2 semi axles complete with "sand" type rubber tires, each one equipped with a "lock-whell" device. CAVALLUCCIO pass easily among the sunshades and sieves in depth wet or dry sand, which after its filtering and cleaning falls on beach whereas the waste materials only are removed. The operator, without stopping the running ahead of the machine during its working phases, can vary its direction as well as the working depth (adjustable from 0 to 10 cm ). CAVALLUCCIO is equipped with 3 sieves, each with a different type of mesh (They are interchangeable to allow a vast granulometry selection) and a 20 litres waste box (extractable, for its easy emptying). CAVALLUCCIO can sieve an area of 1400-3200 sq.meters/hour and more in relation to the sand quality ( waterline, wet, dry) and the sandy shore conditions. Available accessory on demand: front scraper, 100 cm width, essential to remove any debris as well as to level sandy accumulations or subsidences.

Towed Beach-Cleaning Machines
Designed for the efficient cleaning of breaches and sandy shores, the beach-cleaning machine "TOTANO" is coupled to a 4x4 tractor hydraulic lifter, with a minimum HP of 40-50.

The control board is easily accessable, therefore the operator can control all movements directly from the driving place.

Its working efficiency depends upon the tractor's speed which can be set by the operator in relation to the type of beach and the sand conditions, the finishing degree which can be achived as well as plowshare penetrations depth ( to be adjusted from 0 to 12 cm ).

The machine is equipped with 3 sieves, each with a different type of mesh which are interchangeable to allow a vast granulometry selection.

The machine is already designed at the rear for the attachment of a "flattener" ( on request ) which leaves the beach flat and well finished.

Upon request we can supply a special tilling tool. This tool, when coupled to the tractor, cleans the beach of all waste such as branches, seaweeds, etc.. which are deposited after a strong sea storm.
