The Sites of Rome University 'Roma Tre' are still under construction. However we made the evaluation because we can see a trend in the development of the Faculties Pages.
As you can see in table 6 all the (100 %) Faculties Home Pages are realized by frames, so it is likely that this trend were the standard suggested by that who managers these Institutional Sites.
