Your accomodation

The farmhouse has been refurbished recently and is completely at guests disposal. On the ground floor there is a big hall with a fireplace. On the first floor there is a tipical country kitchen with a big open fireplace, then there are threee bedrooms (with 7 beds). Two bathrooms. The windows offer, on one side, the view of the Sibillini Mountains National Park and, on the other side, a view of Amandola. The farmhouse is set on itsown garden where guests can relax. The kitchen garden, the fruit-trees and the chickens allow guest to enjoy seasonal fruit and vegetables. Hens provide fresh eggs.

RENT CONDITIONS

• It is possible to rent from May to October.
• The minimum rental period is a week (generally from saturday after 4 p.m. to the next saturday till noon).
• Bedlinen and towels are not provided.
• Guests can take wood, agricultural produce and eggs free.
• Pets are welcome.
• A weekly cleaning service is available on demand (Lit.60.000 over the fee)
• The fee is:
  • May - June - October = Lit.750.000/week.
  • July - September = Lit.800.000/week.
  • August = Lit.900.000/week.
• A booking confirmation (30% of the total fee) is requested.

• From Rome: ( 230 km) - S.S.4 Salaria till km195 and then S.S.78 Picena
• From Milan: ( 540 km) - A1 till Bologna, then A14 till Pedaso, then S.S.433 Valdaso till Comunanza, and finally S.S. 78 Picena
• Airport of Ancona Falconara (110 km)
• Airport of Pescara (100 km)
