Welcome to the
Sibillini Mountains
National Park

A chain of mountains in the heart of Italy wich has its highest peak (2.476 m.) Mt. Vettore
In order to protect the environment, to further e social and economic development and to make the site "enjoyable for everyone", in 1993 the Monti Sibillini National Park was created in the land of the mythical Sibyl.
From springtime to autumn it is possible to discover in a healthy and pleasant way either the natural environment or the historical and cultural aspects of this region thanks to the hiking paths winding trough the mountains.

Wolves, golden eagles, pilgrim falcons and many other native species are the most evident signs of a variety and wealth of wildlife, wich together with the charm of abbeys and medieval villages scatterd in the form of a crown at the foot of the mountains, have created an ancient and evocative world where even today time seems to have stopped to pay homage to such extraordinary beauty.

One of the most important towns of the Park is Amandola where guests can find good farm house Holidays accomodations
