2. Do you also sell to private customers or to professional users only?
We sell to privates too. Prandini's shop was born to sell to privates, but thanks to the specificity of its items and the direct importation of most of them (Czech Republic, for example), it soon became a basic reference mark for professional users, too.
3. Is it possible to buy your products also by correspondence?
Yes! You can make your order and we will send the goods by mail or express courier (the courier for Italy only, at the moment). You can pay the goods cash on delivery or in advance by postal order. Companies can also pay otherwise.

4. What's the minimum quantity to buy?
We haven't minimums, but some items are sold into indivisible unities, as for the Jais (3 cut beads). It is manifactured in little mass, so you can't buy a half of a little mass, but at least one little mass for color. For other items, we request a minimum quantity of few pieces to avoid to make round the price (as the 10 pieces requested for the bohemian half crystal beads). The unity of measurement are clearly indicated in each page of the catalog.
5. How much time must I wait the goods after my order has been sent?
First of all we have to verify if the requested items are availables. Then we check the shipping method and the payement choosen by our customer. After that, the articules are send in 24-48 hours.

6. Can I pay with my credit card?
Yes, through the Paypal service.
7. What does it mean "retail price"? There are other prices?
Yes, there are different price lists, reserved for professional users: one for shop owners, resellers, taylors, etc. and another for fashion houses, wholesalers and all the other professional users who needs huge quantities of goods. In the next months those users will have to register and get a username and password, to access their price lists in reserved parts of our site.
8. I'm not a professional user, but I need to buy a lot of goods. What kind of discount may I have?
For large buys from private customers, we do allow discounts on detail prices. We decide the discount according the buy. Besides, if a private customer act like a professional user, making good orders almost every months, we can decide to treat him in the same way. There isn't a rule, we decide each time by ourself.
9. Can you send me a paper catalogue of your items?
I'm sorry, we can not satisfy this request: the only catalogue available is the one on-line. You can download each one you need just right-clicking on it in the Catalogue page.
10. Can you send me a sample of each colour of an item? Can you send me free samples?
I'm sorry, we can not satisfy this request: we have too many items, so take a sample of each colour would be a too long work. You may ask us to send you a sample of some items (only few samples) that you really think you are interested in. Each request will be processed carefully, otherwise we will spend most of our time sending free samples.
11. in the (name-of-the-cathegory) page I didn't find the colour I need among the colours availables; is it possible to have it anyway?
All the colours available are shown. May be the colour you need is a different "shade" of one in our assortment, or may be is a colour that we really miss. In the first case I'm afraid you have to give up, but in the second, according the different producers, the delivery time we have to wait goes between 15 days and 15 months!!! (Sorry, this is not a joke). We have to check carefully each request.
12. I'm looking for a specific item, but I didn't find it? What's wrong?
Until we will complete the web site with all our items, may be we already have what you need, but it's not on-line yet. Of course we cannot have every sewing or jewellery item in our assortment (even if we'd like to). If we don't have it, may be we'll have it next month, or next year: please, tell us what you need and we will try to look for it. We are always looking for new items, colours and materials, so please bookmark our site and come back often to visit us; may be you will be pleased to find the item you really need tha twe missed before.
13. How can I buy your items on-line? How much does it take the delivery?
Usually there is no problem to buy on-line. The customer choose the items he need using our e-commerce website www.perlineonline.it. We check if each item is available and his price, than we write him back to confirm items and total amount. If he thinks it's all right, he have to confirm us his order and his acceptance. Only at this moment we will prepare and send his order by mail or express courier.
(abroad customers only) We are experiencing difficulties to send the goods C.O.D. (cash on delivery) because not all the express courier accept this kind of shipment and also because this extra charge is too expensive compared to a low cost purchase. We suggest the private customers to choose the payment with credit card or by bank transfer.
For professional users, you don't have this kind of problem both because you have to pay by bank transfer, and because we suppose we are talking about higher amounts.
14. How much does it cost the delivery by mail?
This answer is only for italian customers. See also the Italian Post website www.poste.it and may be the website of the Post company of your country for furthers details.
