3)The tournament will consist of three Rounds:
a) A knock-out round, in which every player will play both Black and White simultaneously
b) 2 Italian rounds, where the 8 players who will survive to a) will meet 3 other players, playing both Black and White simoultaneously. In this rounds, every Win will count as 1 point, a draw will be 1/2- 1/2 , a lose will be 0 points.
c) The winners of rounds will meet each other in the Final, playing simultaneously black and white. Winner is the first player who will reach 5 points ( 1 point win, 1/2 draw, 0 lose)

6) If a player can't play the minimum play-time required, he must advise both opponent and director, telling how many days he'll be out of playing. The director reserves the right to decide if player request is good enough to let him go on play.

7) The tournament will start Monday 17 February. Director will send to all players the Knock-out List of matches. If possible, he will send each player name and E-mail address of opponent. If not possible, he'll write all E-mail addresses in the Knock-Out List.
