For make these programmed initiatives feasible, the
Foundation has individualized sectors of intervention.
Every Department is responsible to provide the necessary
funds and structure for its tasks and to coordinate its
own activities.
Advisory Committee has functions
with predisposition of planing and the intervention, to
individualize the interested sectors, procuring partners,
social-economic data, executive programs;
Sanitary Department has the
assignment of structuring professionally qualified teams
to coordinate intervention with dispatching personnel and
equipment to individual countries;
Technical Department Technicians
and the engineers assigned to provide or produce the
plans and projects of the construction of the buildings,
infrastructure objects which are programmed or to give
the technical support to programmed objectives. This
sector engages particular importance in the realization
of the structures such as the hospitals and Electro-medical
instalations, in the execution of the water purification
programs as well as planning of the communication
infrastructure;
Public Relations Department has
the assignment to open and maintain relationships with
national and international institutions, the business
world, and with other relevant subjects in Italy and to
other foreign countries to help the realization of these
elaborate programs;
Department
of Art and Culture White Helmets Europe Foundation
recognizes the cultural and artistic aspect as a significant part of
individual and community life. Equality between people, perpetually
fighting for peace and improvement of common life are the issues where
cultural formation and art in general plays significant role. Having on
mind, previously mentioned facts, W.H.E.F. has founded its “Department
of Art and Culture”. The W.H.E.F. Department of Art and Culture has the
mission to help and promote any valuable initiative concerning art and
culture on all levels.
Department for the persons with difficulties ,
has the task of determining and isolateing the necessities of
disabled persons, collecting relative social and economic data in
order to propose opportune interventions.
Department of Study and Research Has
the assignment of developing new useful methods and technologies
for the countries in need.
Department of equal opportunities,
has the task of investigating cases of discrimination and
the relative obstacles taking the necessary steps to help
to improve these situations.
In the extension of its activities, the Foundation offers
its cooperation to all societies and associations with
any one of its departments.
