1. skill card if you want to do the exams you must have the skill card, a personal card where are written the personal data and a serial number recorder by the AICA. On the skill card will be recorder the pass exams. Every exam must have the center's stamp where he's pass the exam, the date and the expert's sign. You can buy the skill card in any authorized center at the prize of lire 100.000 more IVA , the same in all the italy, it need to cover the management cost of the European computer licence by AICA and the royalties established. The emission center give the stamp on the card together the emission's date and if it wants can include the total skill card's cost . skill card is valid for three years from the emission's date. Afterward you must buy again it and the validities of the pass exams must be do again case to case. If the user lose the card, he can have from his center a copy from AICA with a cost of 50.000 lire(IVA included).

EXAM'S LAW

Thanks to skill card you can make the exams in any authorized center also if this center is not the same of that where you have buy it. The user can do it also if he hasn't attend any courses that the center suggest, such as the private users in the real driving exam. For to do every exam the user must pay lire 20.000+IVA at the specific center where he makes the exam. The modes of to pay are established by the same center. The user can goes to the center showing his skill card and a personal document (identify card, driving licence, etc…). The test are the same in Europe. The theory and practical knowledge that you need to pass the test, are decided in the Syllabus.

THE ECDL CERTIFY

When the user has pass all the exams, he can take the ecdl certify, that the AICA give you.
