Galleryonline © contains two photographic sections: one is named Current exhibitions the second is named Other photographers in permanent exhibition.

As a traditional gallery, Galleryonline © takes periodical exhibitions under the direction of the Istituto di Studi Scientifici sul Fotogiornalismo in Rome. The periodical photographic exhibitions mostly deal with the italian photojournalism even if sometimes it will be possible to take a different photographic genre. To visit the Current periodical exhibitions is enought to call the specific voice from the menu and to choose among the titles of the exhibitions list the one you want to see.
Each periodical exhibition is preceeded by an introductory information table and by a graphic scheme of orientation about the distibution of the pictures in the exhibition.
Each picture you see in the periodical exhibitions is accompanied by an explanation with the following indications:
  • catalog number (from 000001 on)
  • author/photographer(only in the case of collective exhibitions, or in the case of an author different whom a monografic exhibition is dedicated to), place and date of execution.
  • Size of the original negative, size of the corrisponding positive on sale (with a specification in the case of  "vintage" print).
  • Further didactic informations.
  • Price of the original and authentic picture (unique and definitive print in a maximum of fifteen pieces) in US dollars or italian lire.

After the end of each exhibition, the pictures referred to the concluded periodical exhibitions are inserted in the repertoire of the section named Other photographers in permanent exhibition. Here the pictures are divided  by authors (alphabetic order) each of them is introduced by a biographical note. In this section you can even find pictures shot by anonimous authors or Photo agency.
